Christmas Tree Lane 2007
Christmas Tree Lane is now open at the Dacotah Prairie Museum. Decorated trees and wreaths will fill the museum's second floor education wing until January 3, 2008. These trees/wreaths were provided and decorated by the following individuals and organizations to help the museum create a festive holiday atmosphere: Aberdeen Area Quilt Guild, Candlelight Quilt Guild, Chapter BH P.E.O., Dream Reachers 4-H, Emerald City Questers, Exchange Club, Foster Grandparents, Gift of Life, Kattle Kings 4-H, Knights of Columbus, Aberdeen Lioness Club, Eastern Star-Jobs Daughters-Scottish Rite, Land of Oz Storybook Sewing Ladies, Precious Moments Collectors Club, Aberdeen Area Red Cross, Sertoma, Stratford Legion Auxiliary, Westside Ranchers 4-H, Yellowbrick Road Questers, Aberdeen Area Arts Council, Alexander Mitchell Library, Aberdeen Downtown Association, SD Make A Wish Foundation, Zonta, Carol Shuck, and Bonnie Wuger.
Make a trip through Christmas Tree Lane with your family and friends part of your holiday tradition. The Museum galleries are open Tuesday - Friday 9-5 and Saturday - Sunday 1-4. Open hours will be extended to 7pm each Thursday prior to Christmas as part of Mistletoe on Main.
